Great place to stay- everything was clean and well maintained. The beach area wasn’t that usable due to all the sargassum but the pool was perfect!

Very nice apartment. Nicely decorated and very clean. A really good supply of fresh towels was a welcome bonus! The little decks were great spots to relax and look out over the water, and the cat colony and their friends the raccoons below on the ground were a lot of fun to watch. Our only complaint, and this is not the fault of the host but of the complex, was that we had a long wait to get in our first night through the community gates and the woman working there does not seem to enjoy her job. We would rent again, though, and hope this woman has found employment that makes her mood more pleasant.

Such a lovely location! The unit was in excellent shape and had everything that we needed. Not one but TWO balconies with breathtaking views. We had fun bird watching. The amenities were top notch! Restaurant on property was phenomenal. Beach was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

We had just come from another place where every time we needed a new towel or a trash bag, we had to stop at the office, so it was wonderful to have plenty of linens available. Bring your own coffee though! The apartment was clean and nicely decorated, beds were of good quality. The elevator was a bit jerky, and this was a little concerning. We couldn't use the stairs because we had our elderly dad with us. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay!!! PS, the cat colony and baby raccoons in the mangroves were great entertainment!! They do not approach humans, so if you don't like animals, just look at the ocean view.

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was very clean, comfortable and nicely updated. The large pool area offered plenty of chairs, food, drinks and music. We didn't hang out on the beach much but walked down to the marina/gazebo a few times for sunrise and sunset. We saw a small bonnet shark, a sting ray and a small fish in the water. There were also 2 ospreys in the osprey nest and plenty of other birds. The neighborhood cats and raccoons came out at night but they would disappear in the mangroves when anyone came near. The entire establishment is very well cared for and it shows. We would definitely return. Check in and check out was super easy. They even provided beach towels! A few things for the owner: a small chair would be a nice addition to living room. The couch was not big enough for the 4 of us to watch a movie at night so a small accent chair in front of the bar would have been nice. Also, one full length mirror would have been lovely for us girls:) Also, the bedspreads were made of a very thin polyester and uncomfortable. Cotton quits and sheets would be a nice touch. The bathroom leading to the twin bedroom did not have a lock on the door from inside the bedroom. It needs one for sure. Also, the master bedroom did not lock. All bedroom and bathroom doors could use a good oiling. They all squeaked loudly when opened/closed during middle of the night potty trips. As for amenities, we enjoyed all! However, a covered grill area would be nice if it's sprinkling or for shade. But the grills don't work, it took about 90 minutes just to grill hot dogs, which was quite unexpected. Gas grills would be much more ideal. Vacasa provided a starter kit but no starter laundry pods so bring your own. Also, my fault for not bringing a little beach bag. Some rental companies include it with the starter kit but this company does not. All in all, great experience at this condo and with Vacasa. 5 stars

We found this property to be conveniently located for an Islamorada fishing trip, and comfortable for 3-4 people. We didn't use the kitchen to prepare meals, but it looked to be supplied well with pots/pans, cooking utensils, silverware, cups/glasses, etc. There is a minor bug problem in the condo, so we kept snacks sealed or in the fridge. The place was very clean and fresh upon our arrival. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again on another trip.

Was a little confused leading up to check in. Received emails from the resort that I needed to complete guest registration. Had a back and forth with Vacasa until we finally realized we just needed the confirmation email to get through the gate. Check in was easy and the place was as described. Loved the pool and food available there, especially the poke bowl. The boat ramp is very tight and dangerous would not recommend launching there, there’s a large drop off our trailer got stuck on and one guy dropped his boat. Room was clean and easy access to the boat. Ice is available at the marina but very expensive at $4 for a 10lb bag

Fantastic stay! The place was exactly like the pictures and the view from the living room and master bedroom was amazing. Everything was squeaky clean and ready for our stay. Plenty of towels (bath and pool), small soaps and shampoo/conditioner for our use. The beds are very comfortable and the sofa even has a pull out if needed. There is plenty of parking and once we checked in and had the parking pass for the car the guard at the gate waved us in. Very quiet in spit of the construction that is happening on the ground floor. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. Easy access to the main road and 15 minutes to Key Largo for diving. Would highly recommend!

We booked this for a girls trips. The entire property is gorgeous with a large pool that had a grill/bar, a private small beach, and a number of other amenities we didn’t even get to. The location was perfect for the north end and close to restaurants. You can’t beat the view. Loved this whole trip and my friends gave me multiple compliments on my pick for our stay.

We loved our stay here! What a great, relaxing, comfy, and welcoming condo with all the basic needs. The king-size bed was so comfy; it was the best we slept on our whole vacation. The shared hot tub, pool area, and beach were enjoyable. We spent three nights here after a cruise and enjoyed exploring the keys as well. If we are ever back in the area, this condo would be our first choice.

This was a great property! Nice large open floor space with an amazing view. Very clean. Don’t worry about reviews saying it was hard getting o to the property. We found it to be easy and the owner responsive to questions. Plenty of towels and a fully stocked kitchen made dinners easy and saved us money on the same old menu items at every restaurant. Loved the private beach and sitting areas. Cafe was closed so we didn’t get to experience that portion. Pool was clean and had a good playlist in rotation. Highly recommend. The smaller front room was missing a lamp but we just used one from another area for our stay.

While the cafe by the pool was not in operation while we were there, we spent most of our time off property so we didn't miss it. Vacasa was super responsive to my questions about check-in. All details were provided promptly and proactively. Would definitely recommend a stay here or at any other Vacasa-managed property.

Very nice stay. Unit was nice and cold. Clean, plenty of bath towels, pool towels and wash clothes. Comfortable and spacious. Loved that they provided shampoo & conditioner as well as soap. Plenty of dishes and the ice maker came in handy. Condo was beautiful and we loved the artwork.
We will be back in the future, next time we are hoping to bring the boat along. All in all this was a perfect stay. Made us feel at home.

The only issue was the first morning I reached out in regard to a beeping fire alarm and was told that it would be taken care of, and it wasn't ever taken care of. The place was nice, very clean. Comfortable beds. Small balconies, but there are two. Washing machine and dryer was a huge plus! Beach area is very rocky so bring water shoes!

Very nice place. We stayed while under construction and it still had a good amount of appeal.
The restaurant and food truck sadly; were not open while we stayed; so I cannot review those.
Staff was very, very helpful and kind. It was definitely worth the money we spent.

We loved the condo. The mattresses were very comfortable. The space very clean. View of the ocean was awesome! One bedside lamp did not work, which we had read in previous reviews, so we were not surprised. There was no dishwasher soap so we ended up having to hand wash all the dishes the morning we check out. But there were plenty of towels, bedding and dishes. We would stay here again.

Our overall stay was great. Place was spacious and clean with a great view of the ocean. (Room #4408). The two minor disappointments were that the Waterfront cafe was under construction during our stay, and the nightstand lamp in the bedroom didn’t work. Even though we reported it right away nobody came to fix it.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and a perfect size for the four of us. The location was really good and we were able to get in and out of the area very easily. The surroundings were lovely and the pool was very nice. The only downside was the tiki bar and cafe were closed. The beach we did not use nor the boat parking. I would definitely recommend.

This place was good - it was clean, spacious enough, great air conditioning and amenities. Free parking, and parking for boats as well! Loved that there was a small private beach too. There is a STRONG fragrance in the condo, so if you are sensitive to cleaning chemicals just a heads up. We only stayed for a couple of days, but would come back again if I was in the area.
